About Us

Alan established Kenworthy & Associates in 2018 because of his passion for helping people with managing their tax and financial affairs. Alan’s formative years in tax and accounting were with Ernst & Young (EY), where he worked in the Tax Division for more than 10 years.

Alan moved to MinterEllison in 2002 and was a Partner in the Tax Group for 16 years. Alan draws on his vast experience to provide unique insights and solutions to clients.

Greg has over 20 years professional experience in taxation consulting and private client services.

Greg was previously a Tax Partner with HLB Mann Judd and most recently with Shadforth (formerly Lachlan Partners). Greg’s experience is broadly centred around advising on issues affecting family groups and private businesses as well as corporate taxation issues.

In addition to tax compliance services, Greg has assisted many private client groups with taxation matters surrounding sale/purchase of businesses and tax structuring advice.

Muliani is a qualified CPA and registered tax agent who was with MinterEllison Tax Services for 12 years prior to joining Kenworthy & Associates.

Muliani specialises in providing tax compliance services, preparation of financial statements, and providing tax planning advice to clients.

Her extensive and long term clientele include high net worth individuals, private family groups, small business entities and other enterprises.

Laurent is a chartered accountant who was with MinterEllison Tax Services for 5 years prior to joining Kenworthy & Associates.

Laurent specialises in tax planning; the preparation of tax returns and financial statements; payroll services; preparing business activity statements and helping clients to manage other tax obligations (including Division 7A loans).

Steven started his career at KPMG in their International Tax Practice, specialising in transfer pricing. Steven recently completed his Chartered Accounting studies.

In addition to proving tax compliance services, Steven specialises in providing tax advice, establishing structures and providing general business services.
